Refund Policy

We want PrivacyGuard customers to feel confident when upgrading. This policy explains when refunds are available.

1. Refund window

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product does not work as described, if you purchased by mistake, or if you are unable to use the paid features after contacting support.

2. Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time through the checkout provider or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Refunds for previous subscription periods are reviewed case by case.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be refused for abusive usage, repeated purchase-refund cycles, chargeback abuse, or requests made after substantial use of paid features outside the refund window.

4. How to request a refund

Email 2859955785@qq.com with the email used at checkout, purchase date, order ID if available, and a short explanation. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
